As of July 2, 2010, Faye Wattleton has officially stepped down as president of CFAW, after 15 years of leadership. She is proud of CFAW's accomplishments. WASHINGTON — Dorothy Irene Height, a pioneering voice of the civil rights movement whose activism stretched from the New Deal to the election of President Barack Obama, died Tuesday. She was 98.
